Here are some pictures of our little get away to the herrington inn and spa....we had a blast. It was cool and rainy, but made it all more relaxing and peaceful. We went raspberry picking, went to little shops, ate chocolate and drank coffee at a cute little place, slept in, worked out, went to Geneva commons, had some great dinners, and nestled with a fire at night. I can't wait till we are able to do this again!
Along with pictures of the herrington are pictures of apple pie baking. My grandma, aunts, cousins, and siblings all baked apple pies. I have to say that Bethany and Janna's turned out better than mine. Yes...I did make a lowfat pie...so did Janna and Janna's was REALLY good!

I want to go raspberry picking, I sure hope we can go tomorrow. Your room looks so nice and cozy too, how fun for you and Jason to get away! I love your hair, you are so adorable! I'm sure your apple pie was delicious.
Your getaway sounded amazing! I am glad you were able to do that. Pie making was a blast, we have to set that up again.

Girl everytime I see a picture of you, you look more and more pretty. If I didn't know you I would have NEVER thought you just popped out a baby a few months ago. I know that sounds stupid, but seriously. You are lookin' good and I love the new hair!
Your get away looked and sounded amazing. Chris and I are ready for another one of those. The closest we are getting to one is next weekend. We have a youth pastors and wives retreat, but no kids and just US! A time to get closer to God, more info on what we can do better and a time to be thanked for putting up with teenagers! haha Last years was so amazing and God showed us a lot so I am expecting it again this year! Love yah girl and once again LOVE the hair!
I love these pictures!! Maybe someday after Addison is born Rick and I can escape to the Herrington Inn and Spa for a nice break from having a new baby!
You need to give me your recipe for apple pie! I tried to make one last year at Thanksgiving and it didn't turn out so well. :(

I am so bad and don't remember the name of the place or where it was at. It was past Huntley I believe. Praire something...if you type on line Raspberry picking in IL it should come up..let me know if you find it..if not, I can ask Jason where it was at.
